Enjoy learning how to create gyoza dumplings, hands-on, and a demonstration of how to perfect ramen broth, before trying your creations over a casual Yatai-style dinner with a choice of beer or glass of wine or two!

In this class you will be guided to create authentic Tonkotsu (pork) Ramen that includes how to choose appropriate noodles, how to achieve broths with depth and the toppings such as Cha Siu pork, vegetables and the perfect ramen egg, along with all the condiments. You will also learn calamari and pork or chicken gyoza dumplings, with spicy ponzu and sesame dipping sauces – Ideal for many dishes!

*Due to the limitation of time of the class, although recipes are provided we will not be making noodles or wrappers.
