Mid-week 7 – 9pm
Enjoy learning how to create gyoza dumplings, hands-on, and a demonstration of how to perfect ramen broth, before trying your creations over a casual Yatai-style dinner with a choice of beer or glass of wine or two.
This new vegetarian class includes recipes from my new cookbook: Cook Japan, Stay Slim, Live Longer! We’ll make authentic Ramen noodles, with Miso, Shoyu and salty Shio broths, and use toppings including tofu, Japanese vegetables and the perfect ramen egg – and all the necessary condiments. We’ll then prepare a series of vegetarian gyoza dumplings together, learning how to fill and fold, and create delicious dipping sauces too!
