Katsu Curry with Japanese Pickles

Wednesdays 7 – 9pm

A warming comfort food, Katsu curry is one of the most popular Japanese dishes in the UK as well as Japan! In fact, curry with rice is most likely one of the most eaten dishes throughout Japan – though, in Japan we quite often have the curry part of the Katsu without the deep-fried Katsu pieces themselves. 

To go with the rich flavours of Katsu curry we enjoy light, fresh Japanese Pickled Courgette and Samphire!

This class is both demonstration-led and hands-on, and after we have prepared a feast we will sit down for a  casual “yatai” style dinner with a choice of either beer or a glass of wine or two.

*Cancellation Policy: A full payment in advance will secure the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, there will be no full refund. However, rescheduling the date can be discussed with at least two week’s notice. A voucher has 6 months validation, however it can be extended if you contact me within the first 6 months.
