Enjoy learning how to create gyoza dumplings, hands-on, and a demonstration of how to perfect vegetarian ramen broth, before trying your creations over a casual Yatai-style dinner with a choice of beer or glass of wine or two.
In this new vegetarian ramen and gyoza class, we will witness how to achieve deep flavured Miso Sesame Ramen. You will be introduced many vegetarian toppings including tofu, mushrooms, vegetables and the perfect ramen egg – and all the necessary condiments. We’ll then prepare vegetarian gyoza dumplings together, learning how to make fillings, fill and fold. Lastly but not least, delicious dipping sauces too!
Reiko will take time to explain where & what to buy the best and freshest ramen noodle and gyoza wrapper so no mess, no hassle, no proving time when creating ramen & gyoza dinner at home.
Vegetarian Ramen and Gyoza Evening classes cost £85* and upcoming dates are available on request.
