Learning to achieve the most popular authentic Tonkotsu (or miso) ramen by getting hands-on making your own fresh noodles and witness how to make perfect ramen broth and toppings & condiments.
Second part of the class, learning how to make perfect fillings and making gyoza dumplings yourself. You will learn how easy it is to make perfect dipping sauce. Trying your creations over a casual Yatai-style dinner with a choice of beer or glass of wine or two!

In line with the UK Government’s revised advisory on Covid-19, as of July 4th we will be re-opening in-person classes. All classes are held with a maximum of 6 people, who will participate with 1 metre apart from other participants.
We will ask everyone to wear a face mask on arrival. In addition, all participants are required to wash and sanitize hands thoroughly prior to the class.
