After everyone gets hands-on making fresh noodles, learning how to achieve rich and deep ramen broth with super healthy vegetarian ingredients. At the end, trying your creations over a casual Yatai-style dinner with a choice of beer or glass of wine or two! *Vegan option is available

♦ Covid-19 Guidance ♦
In line with the UK Government’s revised advisory on Covid-19, as of July 4th we will be re-opening in-person classes. All classes are held with a maximum of 6 people, who will participate with 1 metre apart from other participants.
We will ask everyone to wear a face mask on arrival. In addition, all participants are required to wash and sanitize hands thoroughly prior to the class.
