Classes/Courses

A full payment will secure the booking. Once the class or course is booked there is no refund. However, you may postpone the date with two weeks’ notice, or you may transfer the name of the participant. On an emergency situation, the case will be considered.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers will be sent via email as soon as the payment is confirmed. The gift voucher can be used for any scheduled classes even if it was bought for a specific class/course.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months – and can be extended once within the 6 month for another 3 months. All gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Group bookings of a one-off event – confirmation and deposit payment

A deposit of 50% of the full price of the class/event is required to confirm a booking. No booking exists if this deposit is not received. All the details will be confirmed via email.

Postponement of a confirmed booking

At any time no later than two weeks before the date of a class/event it may be possible to postpone a confirmed booking. There is no re-scheduling fee if the new date is mutually agreed to set within 2 months of the original date of booking.

There is no refund for deposit once booking is confirmed.

Cancelling a confirmed group class/event booking

We do not offer cancellations or refunds but you can rebook provided you give us enough notice. We will need more than two week’s notice if you cant make the date you have booked for and you can rebook for another date free of charge (rebooking allowed only once).

If you want to rebook within 2 weeks of the class an administration fee will be charged between 10% – 50% depending on notice period. Please note if you give less than 48 hours notice no rebooking or refund will be provided (you will need to find a replacement).

If a class/event is cancelled due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, travel disruption) we will try to agree with you a suitable date to reschedule the class/event. If a suitable date cannot be agreed, we reserve the right to charge a portion of the full price or to hold back any advance payment to cover costs incurred.

Payment

Full payment for a booking must be received at least seven days before the class/event. If full payment is not received by seven days before the class/event, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and withhold a 50% deposit.

The final amount payable will be calculated based on the actual number of attendees or the final number of attendees in the confirmed booking – whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to increase our prices due to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as supplier’s price increases such as venue hire, transportation and VAT charged by our suppliers.

If you have an invoice query, you must notify us within seven days of the invoice date. You are not entitled to withhold payment of any undisputed part of the charges in connection with any dispute or query.

Any final invoice issued must be paid within thirty days of invoice date.

Terms & Conditions: COVID-19

If a participant tests positive at any point before the beginning of the class, they will be entitled to a re-booking, permitting that they provide evidence of the positive result. If the evidence is provided more than 48 hours before the class, the re-booking is completely free of charge. If the evidence is provided within 48 hours of the class, the participant will be charged only for the cost of the ingredients and then be permitted a re-booking with no further charges. Hashi Cooking will then liaise with the participant to find a date and time that works for both parties.

Hashi Cooking can only process a free of charge re-booking for participants that test positive. Other participants within the same party will be charged with the full amount if they are unable to demonstrate evidence of a positive result. If a participant is in the same household as someone who has tested positive, they should send a evidence a negative result to Hashi Cooking. This can be done by sending a screenshot with a time-stamp of a lateral flow device with a negative result.

Evidence of positive result: It is not sufficient to provide a photo of a positive result on a lateral flow device. Instead, a screenshot of the successful upload of the positive lateral flow test on the NHS website, clearly displaying the date, is necessary. Hashi Cooking will also accept email confirmation of a positive PCR test and will proceed with the above upon receipt.
