Time and day are up to you, classes are for anywhere from one to ten people.

This is Reiko’s fully personalised cooking experience. Either organise for yourself or someone else, or as a get together with friends or family. Whether an amateur chef, or a professional in need of a specific set of skills, Reiko will design a class for you.
Usually these are set up as an enjoyable sit down lunch or dinner with wine or sake, following a class involving everything that you would like to know about Japanese food – from the very basics to complex dishes. As with all of Reiko’s classes, you will take home full recipe and ingredients lists, as well as a new understanding of Japanese cuisine and cookery.
Sake tutorial by the sake expert, Oliver Hilton-Johnson from British sake association with extra cost is available upon request.
Class prices vary dependent on any special ingredients needed, however start at £240 for one person for the first 2 hours, and £90 for each additional person. Ingredients cost is extra which depends on the dishes you wish to learn. The hours can be extended by paying £90 per hour.
