Everyday Japanese Course
COURSE OVERVIEW
£250 (for 2 classes)
This everyday Japanese course will introduce you to economical and delicious dishes that the Japanese cook in their homes. The Course is designed as two classes in one course by cooking 4 dishes in each class to create a balanced meal. Sit down dinners in an authentic Japanese setting in the end of each class with a glass of wine as part of a small up to max 7 person class. As with all of Reiko’s classes, all ingredients list and recipes will be printed for you to take home, so that you can recreate what you have learnt in your own kitchen.
